Product Description
The CCMA wire is a new product our company promotes on the basis of copper covered aluminum wire. It adopts magaluma as the center yarn and plate copper coating concentrically on the surface; Its electrical and mechanical characteristics are between those of copper wire and magaluma wire. It owes the good conductibility of copper, as well as lightweight and nice shielding characteristic of magaluma wire.
Product advantage:
Compare to copper wire: The specific gravity ratio between The CCM wire and pure copper wire is 1: 25. Suppose the wire size and weight are the same, the length of copper covered magaluma wire is 2.5 times of that of the pure copper wire. Therefore, copper covered magaluma wire has big advantages of lightweight, low cost, no cracking in the process of manufacturing, good tensile property, etc.
Producible scope: ¦µ0.10-0.25mm
Main application: Coaxial cables of cabe TV\soft coaxial radio-frequency cables\acoustic frequency and video lines; Network connection cables; Data transmission cables\vehicle signal cables; Other signal transmission cables.
