Product Description
The CCA wire is the national promoted products. It adopts the advanced coating and welding technology in the world. Workers plate copper coating concentrically on the aluminum center yarn, realzing metallurgy combination between copper coating and aluminum center yarn. The copper coating distributes evenly on the circumferenial direction with a nice concentricity. According to their status, these products can be divided into two kinds: Soft and hard. All technical targets meet ASTM B566-93 standard of the USA.
The CCM tin-coated wire adopts copper covered magaluma wire as its inner conductor, and it is a new-type shielding material with ist surface tin-plated. Its electrical and mechanical characteristics are between those of copper wire and magaluma wire. It owes the good conductibility of copper, as well as lightweight and nice shielding characteristic of magaluma wire.
